 A single silo project from 500T to 5,000T takes16 to 20 weeks from project sanction to first grain-in. Larger multi-silo complexes take 40 to 45 weeks. 

 We manage the complete project scope — site assessment, civil coordination, structural erection, mechanical integration, electrical, PLC automation and commissioning.One partner, one point of accountability. 

 A comprehensive AMC from Brag Systems covers four scheduled structural inspection visits per year with written reports, roof and eave condition assessment, anchor bolt torque verification, conveyor belt and chain condition check, gearbox and bearing lubrication, bucket elevator alignment verification, aeration fan performance check, PLC and electrical panel inspection.

On-site at your facility. Group size 5 to 20 persons. Duration 1 to 2 days depending on facility size and scope. Delivered in Hindi or English. Scheduled at a time that minimises production disruption. 

Yes. Every silo roof seal repair completed by     Brag Systems is backed by a written two monsoon season performance warranty. If treated locations leak during two full June to September monsoon seasons, we return and correct the repair at no cost. 

 February to April — before monsoon begins.Pre-monsoon repairs have maximum curing time     before the first seasonal test and are covered by warranty through two complete monsoon     seasons. Emergency repairs during monsoon can be correctly executed but require special     surface preparation to ensure the substrate is fully dry before sealant application.
